Borovsky, Boris Ivanovich was born in 1889 in Soroky of Bessarabia, Russian. A non-Party man, he was an older engineer of Gortop Trest “Lenles” and lived in Leningrad. On 13 September 1937 he was arrested by the NKVD Commission and Public prosecutor’s office of USSA; and was sentenced to death. According to the Article 58-10-11 of Criminal Code of RSFSR on 28 September 1937 he was shot in Leningrad.

Vishnevsky, Grigorii Georgievich was born in 1888 in Bendery of Bessarabia, Ukrainian. He was a member of Communist Party during the years 1919- 1937. He was the head of Oct. Railroad. He lived in Leningrad at str.25 October, 85, ap.16. On 16 December 1937 year he was arrested by the NKVD Commission and Public prosecutor’s office of USSA; and according to the Article 58-6-7-9-11 of Criminal Code of RSFSR on 20 December 1937 he was shot in Leningrad

Voitkevich, Ludvig Fratsevich was born in the year 1894, in Pauleshty of Orgeev district of Bessarabia. He was Polish, a non-Party man, and senior engineer of “Orgmetal”. He lived in Leningrad, at The Kirovsky prospect 9, ap.67. On 28 August 1937 he was arrested by the NKVD Commission and Public prosecutor’s office of USSA; and according to the Article 58-6--9-11 of Criminal Code of RSFSR on 30 October 1937 he was shot in Leningrad.

Geintselman, Anatoli Eduardovich, a German, was born in the year 1902 in Shabo of Akkerman district of Bessarabia. He lived in village Krutaia of Uta district, Comy ASSR . He was a geologist. On 26 January 1942 year he was arrested; and on 17 June 1942 was condemned to death according to the Article 58-10 part 2 of Criminal Code by Judical bodies of Comy ASSR.

Jecov, Stefan Hristoforovich was born in 1884, in Bolgrad of Bessarabia, He was Bulgarian, and a non-Party man, and a controller of commercial port. He lived in Leningrad at str. Podiachesky 34, ap.8. On 22 October 1937 he was arrested by NKVD Commission and Public prosecutor’s office of USSA. On 2 December of that year he was condemned and according to the Article 58-6-7-1 of Criminal Code of RSFSR on 8 December 1937 year he was shot in Leningrad.

Zvorsky, Evgenii Ianovich was born in 1914 in Beltsy of Bessarabia. He was Polish, non-Party man, and member of Red Army of 161-st Building battalion of RKKA. On 15 August 1937 year he was arrested by Special “Troika” of UNKVD LO and on 25 October 1937 he was condemned according to the Article 58-10 of Criminal Code of RSFSR. On 30 October 1937 he was shot in Leningrad.

Klocachev, Vsevolod Mihailovich was born in 1886 in Kishinev of Bessarabia. Russian, a non-Party man, he was vice head of the Transport Department of the chemical plant of Ohta. He lived in Leningrad at Grodnensky Lane 11, ap.6. On 22 October 1937 he was arrested by the NKVD Commission and Public prosecutor’s office of USSR. On 3 November of that year he was condemned and according to the Article 58-6- of Criminal Code of RSFSR on 12 November 1937 he was shot in Leningrad.

Mintsis, Mihail Yakovlevich was born in 1902 in v. Brichany of Hotin district of Bessarabia. He was Jewish and the candidate for entering to Communist Party between 1930 and 1937. Senior engineer of Nevsky chemical factory, he lived in Leningrad at Kirovsky Avenue 64, ap.408. On 5 May he was arrested by Supreme Court of USSR and on 24 August 1937 was condemned according to the Article 58-7-8-11 of Criminal Code of RSFSR and the same day he was shot in Leningrad.

Muranevich, Constantin Mihailovich was born in 1872 in town Ismail of Bessarabia (Romania). A Russian, Non-Party man, he was an expert on merchandise at shoe factory “Proletarsky victory” number 2. He lived in Leningrad at Canal of Griboedov 113, ap.38. On 15 August 1937 he was arrested by Special “Troika” of UNKVD LO and on 5 November 1937 he was condemned to death according to the Article 58-10 of Criminal Code of RSFSR. On 12 November 1937 he was shot in Leningrad.

Naumov, Nicolai Grigorievich was born in 1896 in Soroky of Bessarabia. He was Russian, a member of Communist Party from 1919-1937, the delegate of XYII Congress of Communist Party, and the head of Lenoblzu. He lived in Leningrad, at the embankment of river Carpovca 13, ap.53. On 30 June he was arrested by Supreme Court of USSR and on 8 September 1937 was condemned to death according to the Article 58-1a-8-11 of Criminal Code of RSFSR and he was shot in Leningrad.

Nikitenco, Aleksandr Vanifatievich (Banifatievich) was born in 1888 in v. Zolokary of Ismail district of Bessarabia. He was Russian, and was the fish master of “Murmanfish”. He lived in Murmansk, at Gorkii street 22.On 13 March 1938 he was arrested according to the Article 58-7-8-11 of Criminal Code of RSFSR. On 14 October 1938 he was condemned by Special Troica of UNKVD on Leningrad district, VMN. On 21 October 1938 he was shot in Leningrad. On 20 June 1957 he was rehabilitated by Military Tribunal of Northern Military District.

Penzeri - Ivanov Semen Ivanovich was born in v/ Napadovo of Bessarabia (Romania). He was Moldavian; A prisoner of Belomorsko-Baltiisky factory of NKVD. On 28 June 1938 he was condemned according to the Article 82 (an escape). On 5 July 1938 he was shot at the station Medvejay Gora (Sandarmoh). There isn’t information about his rehabilitation.

Podlubneak Timofei Timofeevich was born in 1892 in v. Novo-Nokolaevca of Soroky district of Bessarabia (Romania). Russian, he was a member of Communist Party, head of Department of popular education of the town Kronshtadt of Leningrad district. He lived when he had worked at Urittsky street 26, ap.67. On 25 September 1937 he was arrested by NKVD Commission and Public prosecutor’s office of USSA. On 10 December of that year he was condemned and according to the Article 58-1a of Criminal Code of RSFSR on 16 December 1937 year he was shot in Leningrad.

Shevchenco Kuzima Kuzimich was born in 1901 in Akkerman district of Bessarabia. Ukrainian, a Non-Party man, and a worker. On 15 November 1932 he was condemned by Collegium of OGPU to death according to the Article 58-6; 82 of Criminal Code of USSR with the charge of 10 years in Reformatory of Solovetsky prison. On 25 November 1937 he was arrested by Special “Troika” of UNKVD LO and was condemned to the death according to the same article of Criminal Code of RSFSR. On 8 December 1937 he was shot in Leningrad.

Shkurupii Georgii Danilovich (Geo Shkurupic) was born in 1903 year in town Balta of Bessarabia. (Ucraina), Non-Party man, the literary man; he lived in Kiev. On 27 April 1935 he was condemned by Military Tribunal of UK USSR for 10 years in Reformatory. On 25 November 1937 he was condemned to the death by Special “Troika” of UNKVD LO according to the Article 58-8-11 of Criminal Code of USSR. On 8 December 1937 he was shot in Leningrad.

Shtepa Fedor Grigorievich was born in 1900 year in v. Sturdzovca of Beltsy district of Bessarabia, A non party man, he was the turner of factory number 209 named Kulacov. He lived in Leningrad, P.S., Maly avenue 12, ap.23. On 28 November 1937 he was arrested by NKVD Commission and Public prosecutor’s office of USSA and on 15 December that year was condemned and according to the Article 58-6- 9- 11of Criminal Code of USSR on 20 December 1937 year he was shot in Leningrad.

Yerlih Abram Yacovlevich was born in 1887 year in town Akkerman of Bessarabia. He was Jewish, a Non-Party man, and vice head of Financial Planned Department of Lenpotrbsouiuz. He lived in Leningrad at Manejny per. 9, ap.3. On 6 July he was arrested by Session of Military Colegiul of Supreme Court of USSR and on 2 December he was condemned and according to the Article 58-7- 8- 11of Criminal Code of USSR on 20 December 1937 he was shot in Leningrad.

Yakovenco Grigorii Ivanovich was born in 1904 year in Kishinev of Bessarabia. He lived in Western Dvina of Oct. district in Kalininsk at Sovetsky street 14. Ukrainian, he was a member of the Communist Party, and the head of Raizdrav. On 5 November 1938 he was arrested and condemned according to the Article 19; 58 pp. 7,8,11. On 9 January 1940 his case was stopped according to the Resolution of UNKVD on Calininsk distr. for insufficient evidence.
